Mary Ellen Grady, the nurse who has been a great support system and phenominal diabetic instructor to me, sent this note along about where the donation money from the Findlay Race is going:

“Diabetes Assistance Initiative”. This money will be used to serve our low income diabetes patients who are in need of education, insulin, blood glucose strips and oral medications.
Any donation is greatly appreciated.

We truly appreciate your donations and we look forward to more races and more funding for the Diabetes Assistance Intitiative in the future!!
